- Vana-Söödi Guesthouse is for those who seek a peaceful and relaxing vacation in nature. The place is not intended for parties or noisy gatherings.
- Check-in at the guesthouse is from 15:00 onwards
- The guest must check out of the guesthouse on the day of departure by 12:00, unless otherwise agreed
- Wash all used dishes. You can leave the dishes in the dishwasher to dry
- Leave used towels spread out on the bed
- Dispose of all bottles and jars in the designated recycling bin on the terrace
- If possible, take the trash to the garbage bin located in the parking lot
- We expect the guest to use the guesthouse (including the outdoor area) for its intended purposes and to treat it responsibly. The guesthouse premises and outdoor area must be left in a tidy condition upon departure (general cleaning should be done). If furniture has been moved, it must be returned to its original position before leaving
- Additional guests (including visitors who do not stay overnight) are only allowed by prior arrangement, and a fee must be paid for additional guests according to the current price list. The person booking the guesthouse is responsible for all individuals accompanying them
- We kindly ask guests not to wear outdoor shoes inside the guesthouse
- The tenant is obligated to compensate for the value of any broken or damaged items (dishes, chairs, furniture, doors, etc.)
- Eating garden produce from the guesthouse premises is not allowed. If you wish to purchase garden produce, please call the hostess at +37256220394
- When using the air heat pump, please close windows and doors
- A fee of 20 euros is charged for lost keys
- Do not use open flames (candles, etc.) in the guesthouse
- Smoking is prohibited in the guesthouse
- Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse
- Swimming is at your own risk
- Children are allowed to use the hot tub only under adult supervision
- We kindly ask guests with children not to leave them unattended – especially near the pond
- Grilling is only permitted with charcoal. Please use firelighters for ignition; the use of lighter fluid is prohibited
- Building a campfire on the guesthouse premises is prohibited
- The primary fire extinguishing device in the guesthouse is a fire blanket located on top of the refrigerator in the kitchen
